Verdure started in 2021 with a simple idea — cook what is fresh, cook it well, and make people feel at home. We opened with 8 tables and a handwritten menu on a chalkboard.
Three years later we are still sourcing from the same farms, still changing the menu weekly, and still obsessing over every plate that leaves our kitchen.
